Obtaining a driving license in Bangladesh requires following a structured process. It begins with applying for a learner’s license, followed by completing both written and practical driving tests. Once these steps are completed, the applicant is issued a smart card license by the BRTA. Individuals must be at least 18 years old and provide the required documentation to be eligible. The process is designed to ensure drivers understand traffic laws, practice safe driving habits, and possess essential vehicle handling skills.
